Network Engineer
Location: Mumbai Department: Technology Experience: 2-5

Requirements and Responsibilities

    •  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    •  Able to contribute to the work in a group as a team player
    • Experience working on Projects
    • Customer service skills including the ability to work with customers in activating services
    • Detailed understanding and working knowledge of routing protocols like BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, RIP, RIP v2
    • Working knowledge of IPSec and SSL VPNs , QOS, Wireless communication, load balancing/sharing techniques.
    • Working knowledge of Switching techniques: VLAN, VTP, various flavors of STP, dot1x, Ether-Channel
    • Good understanding of OSI Layer & TCP/IP protocol suite
    • Configuration, installation and troubleshooting of Cisco and other OEMs routers, Layer-2 and Layer-3 switches, wireless devices etc.
    • Exposure on NGFW, NAC, NMS, Wireless Controllers are preferred
    • Time management and prioritization skills
    • Any related certification such as CCNA/CCNP/CCIE is an added advantage

Sales Executive
Location: Mumbai Department: Sales Experience: 2-5

Requirements and Responsibilities

    • Responsible for mapping potential customers and generate leads for the organization
    • Acquiring maintenance services contracts (AMC of Servers, storage, workstation and networking devices)
    • Sales of networking devices (Cisco, Fortinet etc)
    • Responsible for business development in the assigned markets by developing and leading the business plans and sales operation plans
    • Develop and implement marketing and branding strategies for PrabhSol.
    • Identify and capitalize on new demand generation opportunities
    • Initiate, develop and close sales orders from new and existing customers
    • Build relationships with key decision makers and promote all available products offered by us
    • Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning and budgeting
    • Responsible for maintaining and developing good relationship with customers through personal contact or meetings or via telephone etc
    • Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction
    • Work internally cross functionally with other departments to optimize customer experience.
    • Performs all other related duties as assigned
